Olivia found yoga around 7 years ago; a time in her life where she was working 80 hour work weeks feeling constantly exhausted and tired by the end of every day. Yoga was and continues to be a physical and emotional outlet for her and now she teaches others to help them heal through this practice the very same way. Her teaching style is open to all from beginner to regular yogis.
