This class is perfect for those who are completely new to Reformer Pilates, anyone returning to Reformer Pilates after a long break, or recovering from an injury. In this class we take things much slower and get to grips with the basics in order to set you up with a solid foundation before moving onto one of our level 2 classes. If you're pregnant and less than 20 weeks, you may be able to attend this class, but please contact the studio first before booking.
