This class is great for those who have some prior experience with Reformer Pilates and hesistant to take the next step to L3. Our L2/L3 Reformer Pilates Flow is designed to bridge the gap between the two levels and provide an easeful transition to your advancing your practice. Throughout the class you’ll be offered different variations to make exercises less or more challenging. If you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates, we would recommend attending either the L1 Reformer Flow classes, or one of the 4 week beginners courses before joining this class. Location details will be sent in your booking confirmation and reminder emails. If you're pregnant and less than 20 weeks, you may be able to attend this class, but please contact the studio first before booking.
