Join Kim Gichinga for our twice-monthly 75 minute sessions of Yin. Yin is a practice that emphasises on deep stretches to help release physical and emotional tension from the body. With the use of props and a gentle pace, we invite you to close the working week with us and reset the body and mind. Our events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event. The front door will be closed and locked at 7.35 pm. No latecomers will be allowed past this time as the event will have already started and you will lose your class credit :( .
