With James' extensive trianing and experience he will help you with your alignment and any back, hip, knee, neck, shoulder issues etc you may be experiencing. James has specific emerpience with helping people with lumbar spine and SI Joint issues. James will asses your posture and alignment and give you some exercises to practice in your own time to help bring the body back into alignment.
