Chakra Flow Yoga

About the Class

The Chakra Flow class will be at the Highfield School Hall across the road from the centre if the numbers are higher than 13 students, otherwise it will be in the studio, 40 Duchy Road.  Directions: The class is held at the Highfield Primary school Hall which is part of the Harrogate Ladies College - Clarence Drive, Harrogate, HG1 2QG. To find us, drive into the main HLC car entrance and follow the drive, which veers to the right leading into a small carpark. Highfield School is directly in front of you (as you enter the car park) with the main front doors open. We are in the main Hall.
