This strength-based class combines dynamic routines with deep, focused stretches to build strength, balance, and flexibility. With a clear, step-by-step approach, you'll progressively work towards a peak pose, challenging your body and mind while refining alignment and breath control. Modifications will be offered throughout to support you in building your practice at your own pace. The deep stretches help address muscle imbalances and tension caused by the shortening of muscles through daily activities, while the strengthening exercises focus on engaging and tightening muscle fibres for improved stability and endurance. The class concludes with a calming relaxation to help you unwind, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and centred.
