Warm up with a dynamic energizing 'Yang' energizing focusing on strength and flexibilty whilst moving through a sequence of postures (asanas) and connecting each movement to your breath. Then cool down moving into a slower, passive and restorattie stretch 'Yin' practice for relaxation. The pace of this class reflects the season to help balance your energy. A great mindful movement practice ending with meditation.
