The Yoga Room
Growing up, Rebecca always enjoyed stretching and taking care of her body, but when she discovered yoga she realized there is more to just stretching. She really enjoyed the meditative aspect to it combined with the physical challenge. In 2017, she took the year off from work to take care of her mental health and started immersing herself in her yoga practice and took the opportunity to travel. She was given the opportunity to take a Yoga Teacher Training at the time, and traveled to a town in Rishikesh India for a month. Rebecca was trained mostly through Ashtanga Vinyasa, with a set sequence and the opportunity to add creativity along the way. She enjoys challenging herself and students through fun and creative flows, combined with breathwork and mindfulness along the way. Expect to learn something new and challenge yourself in all the best ways in Rebecca's class!
