Learn the Ashtanga System ay your own pace (one on one) Personal Training Yoga in a group setting (each client has a specific Ashtanga Practice taught and monitored by the instructor with specific modifications and adjustments) This is a class for any age and ablility. Beginner classes are 7:00-7:50 AM or 8:00-8:50 AM: Mon.-Fri (PC= T/Th, AYP=M/W/F) After the first few classes beginners can attend longer sessions and are encouraged to attend a led class Saturday or T/Th evening Please contact us with questions 602-459-1182 Classes are small and must be booked in advance Expect to be in class 30-45 minutes. Attend anytime in the alloted class time and be met by the instructor who will guide you through your Ashtanga practice with as many or few adjustments as you would like. Mysore is the traditional way Ashtanga is practiced in Mysore, India and around the world. In this method students are met by teachers as individuals, and the practice is carefully passed along at the student's own pace. This dynamic system of yoga links an individual's breathing with a series of therapeutic postures. Due to this personalized attention it is like each student is having a private lesson, but in a group setting. Mysore classes are for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. You just need devotion, curiosity to learn, and the dedication to show up with no expectations.
