Tone: High-Intensity Yoga & Weight Training Get ready to sweat, burn fat, and build lean muscle in our Tone class—where high-intensity interval training meets yoga and weight training! This class is heated to 95-98°F with 40% humidity, providing the perfect environment to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. Tone is designed to challenge your strength and endurance through a dynamic sequence. Using weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight, you'll flow through intense movements that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. The class kicks off with a vigorous warm-up to get your heart rate up and muscles primed, followed by fat-burning, muscle-toning flows that will push you to your edge. After working hard, we’ll cool down and stretch to give your body the recovery it deserves. Expect an intense workout, a lot of sweat, and some serious fun—plus a bumping playlist to keep you moving! This is a total-body, fat-blasting class designed for all levels, so bring your energy and be prepared to challenge yourself in new ways. Class is 60 minutes. Must be 16 years or older to attend

Doors will lock promptly at the beginning of class, and we cannot guarantee access if you arrive late. Waitlist Information: If you're on the waitlist, this does not automatically secure your spot in class. You will receive an email and text notification if a spot opens up. If you're still on the waitlist when you arrive at the studio, please be prepared to wait until the class begins to see if a spot becomes available. Pre-Registration: We highly encourage all students to pre-register for classes. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot, especially for popular classes, so registering in advance is your best option. Weekday Class Cancellations: For weekday classes, no-shows or late cancellations (less than 1 hour before class time) will result in a loss of one class from your Class Pack or a drop-in charge. To avoid a penalty, please cancel at least 1 hour before class begins. Weekend, Thursday & Holiday Classes: All members (including unlimited members, class pack holders, and drop-ins) will be charged a **$20 no-show/late-cancel fee** if they fail to show up or cancel less than 1 hour before class. In addition, class pack holders and drop-in members will lose a class from their account.
