Sedona Hot Yoga

Juliet, born and raised in Cottonwood, Arizona, first met yoga as a young child, and has practiced a range of styles ever since.  She moved out of Arizona in 2005 to spread her wings, returning full-time to her hometown in 2022 to root her life here and connect with the local community.  Avidly running the trails of Cottonwood, Sedona, and Phoenix, she experienced an ankle injury that prompted her to take a prolonged break from trail-running; in this space she began taking classes at both Hot Yoga locations and found herself profoundly inspired by the influence of the instructors and classes.  Grateful for the opportunity to develop her practice further through Yoga Teacher Training at Sedona Hot Yoga in April, 2025, she has fallen entirely in love with the practice and philosophy of yoga, and strives to deepen her practice and studies, as well as her relationship with the community.
