PiYo is a low-impact class that blends the sculpting power of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, and mid to high-intensity cardio, using dynamic bodyweight movements. It features yoga poses, Pilates-inspired core work, and cardio bursts like lunges and squats, all moving to music for an at-times intense yet flexible session suitable for all levels, with variations for beginners and specific body parts. Props such as loop bands, weights, Pilates balls and massage balls are used. Come to sweat and relax deeply at the end. Note: Just come by with no hassle having to carry anything!
