A two-hour yoga experience for letting go, releasing pain and reclaiming your power for anyone carrying too dang much. Led by Rebecca Trissell — Special Educator, Yogini, Mother, Survivor, and Human in the Middle of Real Life Life is hard. It’s messy. It breaks us open and cracks us apart. Divorce, betrayal, resentment, parenting, stress, anxiety — the world asks us to hold so much. Most of us are carrying weight we never talk about. This workshop isn’t about pretending everything is fine. It’s not sugar-coated “self-care. It’s about moving through the fire instead of being burned by it. In this two-hour immersive experience, Rebecca brings her 20+ years of yoga practice, her background in Kundalini & Vinyasa, her lived wisdom as a mother navigating heartbreak and radical self-reinvention — and offers you a space to release what your body has been holding. Through dynamic movement, vigorous vinyasa, Kundalini kriyas, powerful breathwork, chanting, and intentional release, you’ll burn through anger, stress, tension, resentment, and emotional heaviness. Then we shift into stillness, restorative shapes, guided meditation, and deep healing, tying together movement, breath, resilience, and clarity. We end in collective acknowledgment of everything we’re carrying — individually and as a community — and honor the truth that healing isn’t something we “accomplish.” It’s something we practice. Together. This workshop is about: Letting go of what’s breaking you down Moving what’s stuck Breathing into what hurts Reclaiming your power, clarity, and sense of self Remembering who you are beneath the chaos You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need experience. You just need to be human — and ready to release. Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more grounded in your truth.
