This class is suitable for beginners as well as long-time practitioners. This class begins with 10-15 minutes of breathing practice, then moves through standing, seated, and reclined postures in a mindful manner. Modifications, as well as the use of gear, are welcomed and explained to create an accessible practice. This practice helps gently improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
