This class offers the opportunity for students to practice yoga while sitting on a chair and using the chair to support standing postures. We’ll focus on building core strength and balance, both seated and standing, along with guided breathwork and stretching. Please have an armless chair with a tall back located in a place that is stable and allows for room to stand next to and behind it.
