About the Class

This 60-minute yin/yang yoga class combines mindful movement and deep relaxation to help you reset. We’ll begin with breathing exercises and dynamic movement to build heat, focus the mind, and bring you into the present moment. The second half uses that warmth to guide the body into longer-held stretches designed to release tension and restore balance. Suitable for all levels. However, if you have any torn ligaments or tendons, please wait until you are cleared by your doctor to join—this class involves working with the body’s connective tissues (ligaments, joints, tendons) during the yin portion. Perfect if you’ve got tight muscles, need to de-stress, or just want a full-body reset. Leave feeling recharged, grounded, and at ease.
