Slow Stretch

About the Class

Come join us for 30 minutes of gentle, mindful stretching.    We will be settling in and settling down while thoughtfully increasing our flexibility.    On the mat, seated in a chair or standing are all options available to you.    As we move, you will be encouraged to observe what feels right for you as this is your practice.   Some might find comfort using additional gear, such as bolsters, pillows or yoga blocks in addition to a mat or chair during our time together.
