

In Hot Kickbox & Abs we will combine kickboxing & pilates we will end the class with stretching. Kickbox is a fast-paced class with lots of kicking and punching combinations to help tone your entire body while you are having fun!! Hot Pilates is a high-energy, high-intensity, low-impact fitness class that is a full-body workout that will create long, lean muscles. Performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body's own resistance. This class is located at 1006 Calloway Drive Unit A Bakersfield, Ca 93312 Calloway classes will begin promptly on time, and the lobby doors will be locked.
