About the Class

  9:00am - 9:25am Yoga Core, 25 minutes 9:30am - 10:30am Flow, 60 minutes   You may show up for hot flow and skip the yoga core portion, please arrive on or before 9:30am    Strengthen and tone your abs! Class is lead by music in a heated environment. Flow/static sequences vary intensity with concentration on connecting breath to movement. Pilates based class with the addition of hand weights and ankle weights. Tone your whole body with an emphasis on increasing your core strength. Excellent class for students with a beginning and consistent Vinyasa flow practice. Modifications and adjustments provided.   All levels Power Vinyasa flow assisted by music in a heated environment. Modifications and adjustments provided. 106 plus degrees 90 minute class Advanced core work Flow: meaning poses flow from one to the next Breathing exercise (pranayama) No set series: Great for people who like to change it up Cold lemongrass scented towel provided after class This class is located at 1006 Calloway Drive Unit A Bakersfield Ca 93312   Calloway classes will begin promptly on time and the lobby doors will be locked.
