My name is Ashley Nadeau. I am a single mother of two boys under ten. As most single parents know, raising small children puts a strain on your body and mental health. I have enjoyed practicing YOGA intermittently since 2009. I enjoy moving my body, as well as challenging my body. I also, enjoy the mental and physical therapeutic aspects of YOGA. I strive to maintain the integrity of YOGA by validating that YOGA is not only good for your physical fitness and physique but also offers a holistic approach to your overall mental, emotional and physical well-being. YOGA also is beneficial to those that don’t practice the art. Committed to growth and healing. Namaste.
