rooted in ancient yogic tradition, yoga nidra is often called “yogic sleep” and is a guided meditatiton practice that brings the body into deep rest while the minds remains gentely awake. supports relaxation, nervous system restoration and overall well-being.  Fridays at 6 pm. but must arrive by 5:45 pm. to join  $10 cash or venmo only
