About the Class

Move through the equipment list provided by your instructor in this cardio and strength circuit class. Your teacher will guide you through the exercises as you circle through a circuit at your mat. This is a complete, head to toe workout that will leave you stronger than you when you walked in. Equipment might include TRX, kettlebells, heavy weights, gliders, bands, and jump rope. If you don't have all the equipment at home, your instructor will always offer an option for different equipment or bodyweight instead!

Special Instructions

This virtual class is offered online via the Zoom app. Event link to join will be e-mailed to participants 10-15 minutes before class. Suggested equipment: yoga mat, TRX suspension system, heavy and light weights, kettlebell, gliders, bands. Remember, if you don't have some or all of the equipment, you can still do the workout!
