This hatha flow yoga class will challenge your mind and your muscles as you mindfully flow through poses with an emphasis on alignment. Focus only on your breath and your body as you dedicate an entire hour to transforming yourself from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling powerful, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the rest of your day. Open to all levels, no previous experience necessary.
