This virtual class is offered online via the Zoom app. Event link to join will be e-mailed to participants 10-15 minutes before class. Suggested equipment: countertop or chair, yoga mat, dumbbell weights or, if no weights are available you can experiment with small water bottles, soup cans, water jugs, etc.
