Our take on cardio boot camp. 45 minutes to lunge, squat, curl and plank yourself to the next level!    

Special Instructions

This virtual class is offered online via the Zoom app. Event link to join will be e-mailed to participants 10-15 minutes before class. Suggested equipment: yoga mat, dumbbell weights or, if no weights are available you can experiment with small water bottles, soup cans, water jugs, etc.
