Michelina was very welcoming, calm and sweet and took time to explain the construction of the wall to make this 1st timer feel safe and comfortable. She was very accommodating and helpful. Great 1st Wall Yoga class! Would recommend for a good stretch sesh!

I went to my first class in awhile and Anissa's class was absolutely perfect. She is such a wonderful and fun instructor. Everyone walked out of the class with a smile on their face. What a blessing!
