A Day Retreat in Wrightwood with Whiskers & Wellness - August 2025

About the Event

Time to venture to a local mountain town of Wrightwood, California! This is a sweet place for Michelina, as she grew up in this area for part of her childhood, and it was her most memorable & favorite place during this phase of her life. Michelina has also had the intention of bringing kitties alongside yoga practice + healing, as this is now beautifully unfolding alongside a day retreat. The day retreat will also include a nature hike, exploring Wrightwood, and sealing up at Love Roots Yoga Shala with Yoga Nidra + Mantra & Sweet Sounds. Michelina used to hold regular vinyasa offerings at Love Roots Yoga Shala, as also her family has adopted 3 of 4 cats from the owners of PURR GROUND & Wrightwood's Littlest Petshop. Itinerary of the Day: 10:00-11:30am Purrrasana Flow + Kitty Connection at the PURR GROUND 11:30am-12pm Travel time to a Nature Hike 12:00-1:00pm Nature Hike, 1 mile loop - snacks will be provided 1:00-1:30 Travel Time Back to Town 1:30-3:00 Lunch at Mexico Lindo - Michelina's Favorite Mexican Restaurant! 3:00-5:00pm Explore Wrightwood 5:30-7:00pm Nourishing Nidra + Mantra & Sweet Sounds @ Love Roots Yoga Shala August 16th 10am-7pm
