This class is Bikram style with less heat. The room will be kept at 85-90 degrees.You'll practice 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This clas is good for all body types, it moves slowly, one posture at a time. You hold each posture for 30 seconds to 1 minute before switching into the next. This class is great for anyone who needs support for injury. Please let your teacher know your injury before class begins so they can help you modify accordingly.
