About the Class

Learn how to use your breath to relax and balance your body and mind. Breath work (called pranāyama in the “yoga world”) helps manage stress, improves sleep and focus, and supports immune function. Breath work has also been shown to strengthen the respiratory system, and it’s the gateway to a meditation practice. All are welcome, no experience with breath work or meditation is necessary.
