This is a faster-paced, more athletically-themed class for those who want to work hard and sweat. Students should be familiar with common standing postures (you don’t need to know the names!). Arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends may be offered. Drink plenty of water and don’t forget your towel!
This is a fitness yoga class. If you prefer a slower class, we recommend Intermediate Flow or Beginner Flow.
