Just Yoga
Karen approaches every class with the goal of making the practice of yoga inviting, accessible, and enjoyable to all. In her movement classes she does this by creating a slow flow through the postures to build a foundation for strength and balance. In her Meditation classes, she aims to demystify and simplify the practice by creating a lighthearted atmosphere for everyone to experience and enjoy a guided meditation, with many tips for continuing a meditation practice at home.
