Just Yoga
Growing up as a dancer, Amy was always active. When she was first introduced to yoga in college she fell in love with the physical aspects of yoga practice. Later, as an elementary school teacher, Amy discovered that yoga is a great way to relax, relieve stress, and she especially enjoys the stillness that it brings to her mind. Her passion for teaching and encouraging her 6th grade students has translated into a love of teaching yoga to both kids and adults.
