About the Class

Not your mama’s vinyasa class! T-Bob teaches the LYT Yoga Method®, - which is grounded in the principles of physical therapy and neurodevelopmental training to help you find freedom through smarter and safer movement patterns. Classes start by strengthening major muscle groups and mobilizing major joints, before moving into bigger more complex movement patterns while traveling all around the mat, getting up and down from the ground, and emphasizing anatomical alignment. Expect some sun salutations and options for inversions with an invitation to always go at your level and/or rest. T-Bob interweaves mindfulness techniques and his own playfulness into LYT® (Lara’s Yoga Technique) creating an experience which one student describes as “taking [me] to the highest level of physical, mental, and spiritual balance and strength.” Perfect for ALL LEVELS when you want to challenge your mind/body in novel ways, and even out imbalances from daily life. Goal: Retrain habitual movement patterns and postural imbalances to feel stronger, more energized, and more balanced both on and off the mat.
