About the Class
Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout rooted in Yoga. We open with a yoga flow, add in our strength series, and weighted flows, ending with a well deserved savasana. Light weights, high energy, high reward! You’ll leave this class feeling strong, centered, and sweaty.
Special Instructions
This is an IN-PERSON CLASS held at our INDOOR Studio at 9711 Washington Blvd. Near the corner of Washington Blvd and Watseka in Culver City. There is PARKING at Watseka Garage which is on Watseka Ave between Washington and Venice Blvd. It is ONE HOUR FREE. There is also metered street parking available. Bring your own mat if you have one. We do have a few mats available for sale along with some to borrow if needed and disinfectant wipes/spray for after use. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 1 hour before class. No-shows and late-cancels will result in a $15 fee due to limited space.
