Learn how to challenge yourself and improve your endurance on a treadmill with the help of an instructor. Beginning with core exercises to start, we will work on how to incorporate breathing to amp up the way you train treadmill intervals and recover in between. In 45 min, we will get you strong and sweaty, but never bored. Notes: Suitable for all levels, but must be able to walk / jog comfortably. Headphones allowed for short durations during the cardio intervals. Class size limited to the amount of treadmills in studio.
