ONLINE All Levels Yoga Class General Class OnLine class is offered via Zoom and incorporates all the fundamentals and alignment principles of Hatha Yoga. This 75 minutes Asana practice is led by a teacher and delivered with verbal instructions and demonstrations of poses with clear steps for entry into and exit out of poses with awareness, care, and focus. The class works well for individuals with little to no experience in Yoga, at the same time provides the opportunity to deepen the practice for those with experience. In other words, this is an 'All Levels' class. In this class, we practice seated and standing poses, twists and balances, and forward folds and backward extensions. For an optimal experience while attending these classes, please do the following: 1. Join a Video Conference call using a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection and video conferencing capabilities. Avoid using a smartphone. 2. Dedicate a clear space to practice measuring approximately 8 feet x 6 feet with the 6 feet space being along a clear wall (if possible). 3. Keep a set of basic props such as - yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga blankets, yoga strap - or suitable substitutes for each and a stable chair to use during practice. 4. Join the practice with video turned on so that the instructor can observe your practice and provide necessary verbal cues for adjustment and/or enrichment of the practice. 5.
