About the Class

Also known as the Classic 26 & 2 sequence; one of the most popular styles of yoga in the world. This style of yoga consists of twenty-six yoga postures and two breathing exercises that are always done in exactly the same order to give the student consistency and to track progress. The class is heated to 105°F (40°C) to relieve muscle resistance without risking injury. By the end of this class you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ, and gland, while systematically moving fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of the body.
