About the Class
I PLAY YOGA is a one of a kind program designed to empower kids through Baptiste Yoga. Just like any other sport, kids can “play” yoga and take the lessons that this practice teaches them out into their lives as they grow. At Spotted Dog Yoga, we believe that the most powerful way to build a strong future for our community is to teach our children to believe in themselves. I PLAY YOGA will provide your child with the tools to lead an empowered and inspired life!
Special Instructions
PRE-BOOKING IS RECOMMENDED for ALL yoga classes. We have limited spots in each class and if you want to guarantee your ability to practice, we highly encourage that you sign up ahead of time. DOORS OPEN 20 minutes before class start and all classes start on time. Please do your best to come AT LEAST 5 minutes before class start for check in. WAITLIST POLICY: Please ensure that you are ON TIME for classes that you have booked a spot in. If you are late to class and there is a waitlist for a sold out class, your spot will be given away. PLEASE NOTE that our services do NOT include the use of mats or towels. We have mats and towels available for rent with a fee or for purchase at the studio.
