Yoga has been part of my fitness routine since 2012. Over the last year, it has become more than just fitness to me. I believe that a significant part of life and communication is exchanging energy. Yoga has brought me an abundant amount of positive energy on and off of the mat.I look forward to sharing this vibrant energy with you in class. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Business and a personal training certification. After spending a few years in the UK, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training right here at Kosha 5. I am equally fond of cats and rock music!
