classes at our beautiful studio in Grover Beach, throughout SLO
county, and beyond.
In addition to our
public classes, we partner with businesses, nonprofits and private
groups of all sizes to bring the benefits of mindfulness,
breathwork and movement to our friends and neighbors in a
science-based and accessible way.
