Amanda discovered her love for yoga in 2006 and has been practicing regularly ever since. She looks to her yoga mat as a place of peace, power and grace where she can feel grounded and balanced. Inspired by the transformative power yoga has on the body, mind and spirit, Amanda felt compelled to share this gift with others. In 2019, she completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow/ Power Yoga certification at Hard Yoga. Since then, her practice has evolved and expanded into various strength and fitness modalities. Her classes are designed to build strength and flexibility with a focus on the mind/body connection. Amanda believes passionately in the importance of living a healthy, holistic lifestyle and enjoys making clean meals at home while continuously educating herself on how to use food as functional medicine. Her goal is to inspire her students to be the healthiest version of themselves both on and off the mat.
