

This class is designed for students who are new to yoga or returning to practice and want to develop a safe, confident foundation. The pace is slow to moderate, with clear instruction, detailed alignment cues, and plenty of time to learn each posture. Students will be guided through basic standing poses, gentle seated postures, simple transitions, and foundational breathwork. Modifications and props are always offered, making the class accessible for all bodies and abilities. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, proper alignment, and building strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
