From total beginners to seasoned yogis, everyone is welcome. June Groboske Bio: June has spent the last two decades practicing and teaching yoga across the globe. From international retreats to the tech hubs of the Bay Area, she has dedicated her life to exploring the transformative power of movement. June is a RYT 200, and her teaching is deeply influenced by her world-acclaimed teachers: Janet Stone, Saraswati Clere, and Annie Carpenter. In June’s class, you can expect a signature blend of rigor and challenge met with a side of warm humor. Her classes weave together intelligent sequencing, precise alignment, and rhythmic breathing, all set to a curated soundtrack of earthy beats and soulful melodies. You’ll leave feeling physically stronger, mentally centered, and more at home in your own body. Outside of class, June brings her playful energy to East Bay preschools and elementary schools, helping the next generation discover mindfulness through yoga and breath work. This work inspired her to teach Arise Oakland’s littlest Yogis on Wednesdays at 4:15pm. When she isn't teaching, you’ll find her out in nature with her husband and three kids.
