Partner Support for Birth

About the Class

Join Alex Sheppard and Birth Doula Amy Kubat for a special prenatal workshop centered around your partner supporting you during birth. This workshop is hands on! We will  focus on skills, strategies, and support for any type of birth (home, hospital, medicated, cesarean and more). Learn and practice different positions, language (could be non verbal) to communicate with your partner. Your partner will become your own personal birth detective.  *Price includes you and a partner   What to expect: -Movement  -Community Connection  -Birthing Positions to support you along the way of birth -Hands on movement and support from your partner -Time to connect with your partner and learn how to support each other  We recommend this workshop for new parents or as a refresher for second or beyond parents.
