Uniting breath and movement, our powerful vinyasa classes are unique to each teacher, and will leave you feeling beautifully connected to your body. We encourage you to move at the pace of your own breath, take rest whenever you need, and have grace with where you begin. In this class, you can expect an intense and rewarding challenge for the mind and the body. Classes will often focus on working up to a peak posture, or cycle through a few rounds of creative sequencing. Expect a restful savasana at the end of class.
