A certified personal trainer for 23 years with more than 400 hours of training in yoga and group fitness, she blends strength, mobility, mindfulness, and music into a well-rounded experience that keeps students coming back for more.Sarah is deeply passionate about helping people uncover their strength, build consistency, and trust their own bodies.
