Christina is a yoga instructor, movement guide, group fitness coach, and personal trainer with a deep passion for helping others find strength, balance, and connection through movement. Her journey has been shaped by the transformative power of linking breath with intention, and body with spirit—an experience she credits with changing, and even saving, her life.She has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings along with multiple certifications in movement and fitness. With nearly four years of teaching under her belt, Christina brings energy, compassion, and authenticity to every class. Her greatest joy is creating a space where students can challenge themselves, feel empowered, and reconnect with their inner strength.
