Tiffany found yoga in her early twenties, discovering a place of refuge and self-exploration on her mat during a time when she was still figuring out who she was. What began as a personal practice soon became a passion, and since 2017, she’s been guiding students through powerful and grace-filled classes that reflect her own journey of empowerment, growth, and healing.With a wide range of training and experience across multiple yoga styles, she creates classes that are both grounding and expansive. Her teaching is rooted in self-reflection, awareness, and love—holding space for students to explore their breath, their strength, and their potential. Expect to be challenged, supported, and deeply connected to yourself in every class she leads.
