Gentle Yoga is an entry-level class embodying the 8 limbs of yoga. This class will introduce different concepts like asana (movement), breathwork, and meditation, to align your mind, body and spirit. Gentle Yoga will enhance your flexibility using grounded, and core centered poses to help you strengthen your practice. This class is open to all levels of practitioner regardless of physical ability or experience on the mat.
